Daniel Kowalski, in Canada. He wrote the pages and he answers the mail; the plural in “we” is editorial habit, not a staff.
How long each kind of message takes
Rather than promise one figure for everything, here is what each sort of message actually involves, because that is what decides the wait.
| Message | Usual reply | What takes the time |
|---|---|---|
| Broken link | Same day | Clicking it |
| Store fact disputed | Two days | Re-reading the Canadian listing |
| Gameplay described wrongly | Up to a week | Playing far enough in to check |
| PIPEDA request | Within 30 days | Nothing; it is done at once and confirmed |
| Trademark claim | Two days | Material is withdrawn first, discussed after |
These are observed averages from running the site, not a service commitment.
Three things this address cannot reach
Your account. Neither game has any connection to this site. Progress, lives, purchases and anything tied to a player profile are held by Peak or Playrix, and their in-app support is the only route that can see them.
Your payment. Both titles are free to install and everything they charge for is charged by Google inside the app. No payment has ever passed through this domain, so no refund can be started from it either.
Your order. The hardware section links to searches on a retailer's own site. Nothing is sold or shipped here and no order is visible from here; deliveries, returns and warranties belong to the seller.
Postal contact
None is published, because the only address available is residential. Ask by email if a matter requires service on paper and a suitable one will be supplied.
