These conditions apply to the use of mornexu.com and are numbered for the same reason as the privacy policy.

1. What is being offered

An editorial page about two free puzzle games for Android and one section about hardware for long sessions. Reading is free and requires no account. Mornexu operates no shop, grants no licence, hosts no installation file and accepts no payment; there is no mechanism on this domain by which money could change hands.

2. Dated information

Store labels, download sizes, purchase entries and availability are controlled by the developers and by Google and change without notice. Every such fact on this site is published with the day it was read. From that day the application's own listing governs, and where the listing and this page differ, the listing is correct.

3. Hardware links

The section on long sessions links to category searches on a retailer's own site. Those links are informational: they point at a class of product, not at a chosen item, and they carry no tracking parameter. Mornexu does not sell, dispatch, invoice or warrant any product, takes no commission, and is not a party to a sale — that contract is between you and the seller, along with price, delivery, returns and warranty. Nothing on this site quotes a retail price, because such a figure would be inaccurate within days of being typed.

4. Rights in the material

The text, tables, layout and code are the work of Daniel Kowalski. A quoted passage with attribution and a link is welcome; reproducing a page in full, or automated harvesting of the site, is not permitted. Game names, icons, screenshots and retailers' marks are the property of their owners and are addressed in the Legal Notice.

5. Extent of responsibility

Material is published as it stands, checked by one person. Mornexu accepts no responsibility for a decision to install either game, for anything a game charges after installation, for an order placed with a third-party retailer, or for a short interruption in the availability of these pages.

6. Complaints, law and forum

Corrections and legal questions are sent to [email protected] with the address of the page concerned and are answered in writing. These terms are governed by the law of Canada and of the operator's province, and the courts of that province have jurisdiction; nothing in this clause removes a consumer right that cannot be waived by contract.
