mornexu.com is published from Canada by Daniel Kowalski, acting as an individual. The site is an independent editorial project about two free puzzle games for Android, written from their public Google Play listings and from extended play.

2. Absence of any commercial relationship

No corporate, contractual, sponsorship or partnership relationship exists between this site and Google LLC, Peak Games, Playrix or Amazon.com, Inc. None of those companies commissioned, reviewed, approved or financed anything published here, and none exercises any influence over it. The site participates in no affiliate or referral programme, places no tracking parameter on an outbound link, and receives no payment arising from any purchase.

3. Trademarks referred to

Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Toon Blast belongs to Peak Games. Homescapes belongs to Playrix. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. All are used descriptively, to identify the products discussed, and no claim to them is made or implied.

4. Character of the content

What is published here is editorial description resting on public store information and on playing both games at length. It is neither a test report nor a certification nor a scored review; no instrument was used and no figure is presented as a benchmark. Every store label quoted was read on the official listing on the date shown beside it.

5. Illustrations

Icons and screenshots originate from the two applications' public Google Play listings and are reproduced to identify and illustrate the games described. The rights remain with the developers. This site reproduces no photograph of any retail product.

6. Notice and takedown

A rights holder should write to [email protected], stating the exact address of the page, identifying the material and setting out the basis of the claim. The material is withdrawn while the claim is examined and the outcome is confirmed in writing.

7. Currency
