1. Accountability

Daniel Kowalski publishes mornexu.com from Canada and is the individual accountable under the Act for the practices described in clauses 2 to 8. Correspondence about any of them goes to [email protected].

2. Identifying purposes

Personal information is used for exactly two purposes here: keeping a public website reachable, and replying to a person who has written first. No third purpose exists, and none has been reserved for later.

3. Consent

No consent is requested because nothing is requested. There is no registration, no subscription, no comment field, no survey and no payment step on any page of this site. Where you write to us, sending the message is itself the consent to reply to it, and it extends no further than that.

4. Limiting collection

What exists is limited to two categories. Hosting logs contain a requesting address, a browser identification string, a timestamp and a path, recorded automatically by the server for every file it delivers. Email correspondence contains your address and whatever you wrote. Nothing beyond those two categories is generated, derived or inferred.

5. Limiting use, disclosure and retention

Logs are used to serve pages and to investigate faults, and are erased on the hosting provider's schedule, at most six months after the request. Email is used to answer you, then deleted when the matter closes and in any event within a year of your last message. Nothing in either category is sold, rented, exchanged or given away, save where a Canadian court or statute requires disclosure. The hosting provider handles logs as our processor under contract and for no purpose of its own.

6. Safeguards, and what is deliberately absent

The site loads no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no external font and no third-party script; every asset comes from mornexu.com, so no other company is told that you opened a page. Pages are served over HTTPS. Mail is held in a provider account protected by a distinct password and second-factor authentication. No marketing message is ever sent, so no consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation is sought, given or stored.

7. Links that leave the site

Game links open Google Play and hardware links open a retailer's search page. Neither writes anything to this domain, and neither passes anything about you until the moment you click. From that moment the destination's own privacy policy is what applies, and this site can neither observe nor influence what happens there.

8. Individual access and challenging compliance

Ask what is held from your correspondence, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted, and it is done with written confirmation, inside thirty days and normally inside a week. If the response is unsatisfactory, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada receives complaints concerning a site of this kind, and residents of Quebec may address the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. The single cookie this site sets is described in the Cookie Notice and contains no personal information.
